The path of co-operative participation to industrial development is not quite different from the path of industrialization in Tanzania. The context of co-operatives industrialization was mainly situated in agriculture sector and most of the industries were initiated through co-operatives Unions
NCU LTD is aware of the contubution of Co-operative Unions in industrialization thus it does the following
- Resurection of industries which were productive in agruculture outputs i.e oil
- provide funds to AMCOS with aim of starting factories
- Increase production portfolio to factories by increasing supply of raw materials
- NCU ltd ensures that technology is widely used in machinery and processing.
